Wendy in the front office. The bed was a dream-I'm definitely changing my mattress to soft after this! The service here is great, and you won't leave without a smile.

We enjoyed visiting Kino Sports Complex, perfect for the kids. The room had cable programming that kept them entertained after a busy day. The family-friendly atmosphere was a plus.
My wife says that getting extra towels for the little ones was a hassle. It could be improved with better access to family amenities.

I truly enjoyed the room with king size bed. The location of the property was comfy and good, close to a Waffle House. Moreover, Paseo Estrella Park was at a short distance from the place.

The pool was just terrible and the bugs it produced were just awful. My wife and kids came down for the night from Phoenix Saturday afternoon and they left shortly after. It was not a good experience for them or me.

Tucson is a culinary goldmine! I hit up some bomb food trucks nearby serving everything from breakfast burritos to tacos, made my taste buds sing. The motel's proximity to the I-10 made it super easy to zip around town. Bonus, the WiFi was solid and my room felt fresh and clean throughout my stay!

The price is what made me choose this location. You get what you paid for. If you are looking to just sleep this is the place. If you want any other accommodations that hotels offer.... This isn't probably your place.
I wish it was a little bit cleaner. The bathroom walls were just a bit dirty for my liking.

My bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and the pool was clean and inviting.
The lady at the desk was not friendly and took forever to check me in and I was the only patron there at the time. The room was dirty and smelly. the carpet is old and stained and appeared to not of been vacuumed as there was dirt and debris on the floor. There were stains in the bathroom floor and the bed my guest was on squeaked every time they moved. The TV remote did not work. Breakfast was horrible, just cereal and toast was offered with coffee and juice. I will never book this hotel again.

I remember arriving and needing to park right in front of my room which is handy. And the front desk was quick with the check-in, that was a plus.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable considering the circumstances.

The new girl being trained at the desk was upbeat and listened to my conversation. Beleive her name was lucero. Very attentive and precise.
The room was horrible it had not been vacuumed bathroom was dirty the chair provided in the room was beyond nasty filthy. Horrible smell from floor, probably due to water leak from toilet bowl. My fiancee slipped in the bathroom in, the, middle of the, night she did not see the standing water since it was dark entering the bathroom and as she slipped she hit her nose on the tubs edge when she hit the ground. Caused a bruise and bloody nose, took her to hospital advised on duty staff next morning and all the lady behind counter said was im sorry but management is not here wont be here till after 530pm today. I havent spoken to them since we had to leave that morning on a flight. Will be contacting my attorney to see what my next move is since we did incurr injuy and loss at this hotel.
